Refunds & Returns


* All items purchased from the Diamond Galleria Online Store may only be returned and processed back through the Diamond Galleria Online Store.


* All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.


* Returns must be received back to us within 21 days from the date of purchase.


* We do not offer refunds on CUSTOM MADE, SALE OR PROMOTIONAL items for incorrect choice or change of mind.


* Due to health regulations we are unable to refund on earring purchases.


* We recommend sending items back to us via Registered Post. Diamond Galleria takes no responsibility for lost parcels.




* Please fill out the return & exchange form and send them back together.


Faulty Goods


* The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 3 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.


* We have a three(3) month limit on faulty goods. Please email pictures if your item was purchased over three months ago and you think this is a manufacturing fault.
